Quiet environment with easy access to local attractions.
The mattress in the room was extremely hard, making sleep uncomfortable. We also had issues with the plumbing, as both the sink and shower overflowed during use. Despite our complaints, the staff offered no compensation or understanding.

The cleanliness is top-notch and the online access made everything super easy! Just a bummer about finding parking – it was a hassle paying for it and getting a boot on my rental. 😅

It was just a commendable fit for a fleeting stay in Playa del Carmen with value for price. I really enjoyed the peaceful pool area, which was a nice place to relax after a day out. For a better experience, try to bring your own coffee as supplies can be limited.

What you’ll love and what you won’t
Spacious room with a personal hammock, excellent amenities like a fridge and microwave, and a peaceful atmosphere just two minutes from major attractions.
Limited staff presence made some services harder to access, although the sole staff member was quite helpful.

will definitely go again next time
The King Room with Balcony was amazing! It had a Nespresso machine, a cozy hammock, and a flat-screen TV. The air conditioning was nice and quiet. The outdoor pool area was so chill, with comfy loungers. Everything was super clean, and it felt like a relaxing oasis close to all the action. Loved it!

The stay was marked by a calming pool area that provided a much-needed respite after long exploration days. The modern styling of the room added a touch of elegance. Fortunately, assistance with our luggage came promptly and efficiently, reflecting a strong commitment from the staff. However, noise from other guests disturbed the first night, and the wireless connectivity left much to be desired, posing an inconvenience. While the complimentary drinking water was appreciated, it would have been great if their dining options expanded to include more experiential dishes.

The Double Room with Balcony was super comfy! It had a nice mix of modern facilities, and I loved the fridge and coffee maker. The balcony with a hammock was just perfect for chilling. It was always clean, and the air conditioning worked quietly, which I really appreciated. Plus, it was peaceful with only a few rooms, so I never felt crowded. You just can’t beat starting your day with coffee on the balcony!
